Not really, it's totally unrelated to succes or failure.

My withdrawal from SACD is 100% due to burnout, I just can't committ to commishing next year, and handling anything with the apps, etc. Honestly, I don't want to do it in Frenzy either, it's become too much of a chore.

I'll be back in Frenzy regardless, but the only way I'll even consider SACD in 2007 would be to have ZERO league managment responsibilites, and I mean zero, I just can't hack it anymore.

I guess we need to find a replacement commish before thinking about finding a new owner for Preds team.

Preds, can you list out the duties the commish performs on a yearly basis? Maybe someone would step forward if we knew what all you had to do, or at least figure out a way to further divvy up the responsibilities.

Primarily it's all the website management, the draft, the draft tracker, etc.

SACD has 100's of moves, often 30+ a week that need to be entered in MFL. Then the salaries need to be adjusted, penalties adjusted, etc. It takes a solid hour plus during the peak season, and a definate attention to detail is needed.

If you're real handy with the finer points of MFL, and have good math skills and number recognition, I'd say about an hour or so per week, with a lot of cross referencing to the boards here and whatnot.

If you aint so MFL saavy, than an hour per day .
