Too many teams too close to call right now. Not even going to try until after this weekends games.
If someone else wants to give it a stab, go for it. I believe 36 Chambers and Opihi are only teams to clinch a playoff spot so far. 5 other teams seem to have a shot at the 4 other spots. at least 4 teams have a shot at pick 1.1 (only checked my team against Gunslingers, and they have the tiebreaker by losing to me) So should be interesting....

Geeks, Gunslingers, Cajuns, Clowns, and Moonshiners have no viable path to making the playoffs.
Zombies clinch Pat Tillman division and #2 seed with a win. Zombies can also clinch division with Wiener Dogs loss. If Zombies lose, Weiner Dogs lose, and Tommyknockers win, Zombies get the #2 seed (1-0 vs Tommyknockers - Reggie White champ). If Zombies lose, Weiner Dogs lose, and Tommyknockers lose, Zombies get the #3 seed (0-1 vs Scorpions - Reggie White champ). If Zombies lose and Wiener Dogs win, Zombies will likely be seeded #6 based on all-play record. Wiener Dogs clinch Pat Tillman division with a win and a Zombies loss due to All-Play record tie-breaker (overall, H2H, and division are ties). If Weiner Dogs win, Zombies lose, and Tommyknockers lose, Weiner Dogs get the #2 seed (1-0 vs Scorpions - Reggie White winner). If Weiner Dogs win, Zombies lose, and Tommyknockers win, Weiner Dogs get the #3 seed (0-1 vs Tommyknockers - Reggie White winner). If Zombies win or Weiner Dogs lose, Weiner Dogs will likely be seeded #4 based on strong all-play record. 36 Chambers already clinched the Derrick Thomas division (2-0 vs Opihi) and the #1 overall seed. Opihi clinched a wild card spot. Wild card seeding is undetermined but likely #4 or #5 based on all-play record. A poor week 14 performance could cause them to slip to the #6 seed. Tommyknockers clinch Reggie White division with a win or a Scorpions loss. If Tommyknockers win, Zombies lose, and Wiener Dogs win, Tommyknockers get the #2 seed (1-0 vs Wiener Dogs - Pat Tillman winner). If Tommyknockers win and Zombies win, Tommyknockers get the #3 seed. If Tommyknockers lose and Scorpions win, Tommyknockers may be at risk of missing the playoffs due to losing all-play record. Scorpions clinch Reggie White division with a win and Tommyknockers loss. If Scorpions win, Tommyknockers lose, and Wiener Dogs lose, Scorpions get the #2 seed (1-0 vs Zombies - Pat Tillman winner). If Scorpions win, Tommyknockers lose, and Wiener Dogs win, Scorpions get the #3 seed (0-1 vs Wiener Dogs - Pat Tillman winner). If Scorpions win and Tommyknockers win, Scorpions have good chance of wild card spot. If Scorpions lose, they need a good performance to have a chance at a wild card spot. Floyds can snag a wild card with a strong performance because of their current all-play record. That's my best assessment anyway. It's sure to be a wild week 14. |

Also don't hold me to any of the above, especially the wild card teams and seedings. I was bored last night so I thought I'd take a stab at it.

So it looks like everything is settled regardless of MNF game. 36 Chambers and Opihi records are TBD but that doesn't impact the results.
#1 - 36 Chambers (11-3) - Derrick Thomas division champ #2 - K-9 Zombies (9-5) - Pat Tillman division champ #3 - Tommyknockers (7-7) - Reggie White division champ #4 - Wiener Dogs (7-7) - Record based wild card, #1 wild card based on all play #5 - Opihi (10-4) - Record based wild card, #2 wild card based on all play #6 - Floyds (5-9) - All play based wild card, #3 wild card based on all play The second record based wild card came down to three 7-7 teams - Wiener Dogs, Cajuns, and Scorpions. They all had a 1-1 H2H record resulting in all play tie breaker going to Wiener Dogs. Last edited by Liquid Swords; December 11th, 2024 at 08:28 AM. Reason: updated with final records for 36 Chambers and Opihi |

I updated Gunslingers H2H from 0-3 to 3-0. Likely just a typo.

So...the draft seedings are based on this thread which I believe Burt went off of: http://predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21310
It states: The 6 non-playoff teams will be ranked worst-to-first using the Wild Card tiebreaker. However, our Wild Card tiebreaker changed with this revision: http://predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34407 With that wouldn't our rookie draft seedings change to the latest Wild Card tiebreaker (2022) instead of the older one (2012)? The 2022 wild card tiebreaker skips H2H in the event 2 teams are in the same division (Geeks and Gunslingers). If so, then seeding would be as follows: 1) Moonshiners 5-9 (39-114 all play) 2) Geeks 5-9 (50-104 all play, 2206.70 overall points scored) 3) Gunslingers 5-9 (50-104 all play, 2206.90 overall points scored) 4) Clowns 6-8 5) Cajuns 7-7 (0-1 H2H) 6) Scorpions 7-7 (1-0 H2H) |

Does the rules committee disagree? Who is still in the Rules committee ;-) Rules list Pat, Matt and Bobby - did we assign someone to replace Bobby? I would vote for David(Zombies), since he has agreed to update the Rule book at some point.

You see where i lean since the 2022 revision is the most recent wild card tiebreaker.
Or we could have some fun with this instance and pit Geeks vs Moonshiners. Geeks average 157.6 pts per game and Moonshiners average 150.1 pts per game. We could spot Moonshiners 7.5 pts and have them battle it out in week 15 for the #1 draft pick. Now that I say this, I think the Frenzy playoff seeding would be better if we handicapped the games based on avg pts per game. Hmmm... |

I think the H2H would make the most sense unless there are ties there and then we would go to the next tiebreaker. So it would be:
1) Geeks 5-9 (0-3 H2H) 2) Moonshiners 5-9 (1-1 H2H) 3) Gunslingers 5-9 (3-0 H2H) 4) Clowns 6-8 5) Cajuns 7-7 (0-1 H2H) 6) Scorpions 7-7 (1-0 H2H) |

The rules do not state directly how the draft order is determined, but I believe the league has always followed the wild card seeding rules, so precedence has been set. "The rookie draft will be 6 rounds in a NON-SERPENTINE fashion based on the prior years ranking for each team, with the 6 teams failing to make the playoffs picking from 1-6 and the 6 playoff qualifiers picking 7-12 based on their finish." With the 2022 seeding order change, the Moonshiners win the #1 pick. I will clarify this in the rules.
