Need a Commish Ruling

I am on vacation and totally forgot to get my contract years in by midnight (20 minutes ago). I am an idiot. I thought I had until the 31st.

I am asking for permission to submit them by noon today (8/29).

They're not due until 11:59 PM on August 29.... so you'll be safe by noon.
