2.07 TE Leonard Pope, Arizona

I love this guy - have him slated as my #2 TE overall. The Mutt's organization is excited to be able to move up and grab him (though maybe not necessary, a 2007 3rd is worth the guarantee).

6'8" 260 lbs, runs a 4.6 40, and has what are described as "very, very good hands". Pope is going to a team quickly becoming one of the best offenses in the league. He is likely to have very little competition for the job in AZ.

I particularly like this scouting quote:

Has a career average of 18.1 yards per catch...A rare physical specimen who is a terror to match up against and can be a major force in the passing game...Just the type of dynamic weapon the pros are looking for in the position these days.

Solid 2nd round pick. Has the potential to be a good fantasy player for years to come... as long as Warner/Leinart can spread the footballs around enough! Then again, at 6' 7 1/2"... the words RED ZONE come to mind!
