Confirmed.

I believe McAllister is moved to my IR automatically. If I need to officially declare, let me know and I'll post separately.

Lewis isn't playing well and hate to give up my 1st next year but with Deuce gone I need a starting RB badly.

I'm not thrilled with Deuce's contract, but with the Mountain Lions rebuilding (or, maybe the appropriate term is "still building"), adding a 3rd 1st rounder was too good to pass up. Lewis most likely wouldn't be back next year, and I've also added a solid TE.

Mountain Lions in '06!

You should have come and seen me about Chester... he's slowly taking away Jamal's job. I won't be at all surprised to see the Ravens let Jamal loose next year.

T Jones and priest were available too...could have worked something out (we talked last week about it).

Even if Jamal does leave town, if he gets a starting gig anywhere else he would be hard pressed to find a worse situation than in Baltimore where the defense can stack 11 in the box to stop the run and Baltimore still couldn't pass.

Oh I wasn't talking about Jamal's future value, moreso Chester's, who IMO is far more valuable at this point and down the line.

The Lions are pretty well out of it this year so I could make a trade where I wasn't giving up anything this year ... traded Heap because needed the cap space to fit in Lewis and Shockey has had his bye. Also, part of the attraction of this trade was getting rid of Deuce's contract as he will be coming back from surgery next year.

This is just getting plain miserable. So not only am I hamstrung by a bunch of expensive, 5-year IDPs, I also have no draft picks?

Was Jack planning on bailing after just one year?
