Part of me was hoping this guy would already be picked... I get a vague whiff of bust off of the guy. But I can't deny his upside and good situation, so I have to take a flier on him over the next batch of guys on my list. And hey, my bid on a new house in Ypsilanti (my first house!) was accepted today, so maybe it's a lucky day to take chances!
