cut QB Joey Harrington

Since no one is taking me up on my very generous offer, the Undead are cutting QB Joey Harrington, even though he is very (read: extremely) likely to earn his salary this year when he vaults into the Top 7. In fact, my cutting him virtually guarantees it.
