Royal Hawaiian Opihi Feeding Frenzy Join Date: Apr 2002 Location: Palmdale, CA Posts: 16,604	Opihi release RB Charlie Garner He only had a one-year contract... and I don't expect to be wanting to declare him a RFA next season... thought about placing him on IR, but that would only free up half of his cap... so the Opihi will cut our losses and clear up the roster space AND cap room. :wallbang
