2024 SACD Schedule updated on MFL

Even though I've bowed out of SACD for 2024, I've setup the 2024 schedule on MFL as a favor to Burt and you all.

This year, the first 4 weeks have no byes, thus the first set of Divisional games will be weeks 2, 3 and 4, and the 2nd set of Divisional games will be weeks 8, 9 and 13. Weeks 8 and 13 have no teams on bye, and week 9 has 2 teams on bye (Pittsburgh & San Francisco). I setup week 1 as a non-divisional slate of games to give teams a chance to adjust after the opening week before jumping into the first half of the divisional games in weeks 2, 3 and 4.

As in past years, I rotated the divisional opponents with the team played week 1 in the previous season rotating down to the 3rd week in the rotation and the others moving up a week.

I also did the same for non-division games. You should see your first non-division opponent you played in 2023 moved to the last week of the non-divisional games, while everyone else moves up a week. Non-Division games are scheduled for weeks 1, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 & 14.

As far as I can tell the opponents and weeks are properly setup, however, I think away/home may be messed up for some teams. It's too much of a pain to manually correct that so I left it as is.
