I just realized that this is after the start of this week's game. Is this valid at anytime since I didn't start Deebo or does it now only apply toward week 10? Just need to know what to do when I win Moore bid later

By rule, after the game had started the players roster position is locked. At that point, no moves with players involved in a game can be officially made until 12 AM Tuesday morning. Thus this would be a week 10 move IMO.
