Please make sure you understand the "hard" and "soft" cap implications as the hard cap ends on 31 Oct and the new soft cap starts on 1 Nov....

Basically cuts and moves made in hard cap time frame only reflect in the current season...any cuts made on or after 1 Nov (new soft cap time frame) will reflect in the 2018 season also....

That is why you will see a flurry of moves shortly....owners want the hits to cap only now and not in the 2018 financial salary cap....

Just FYI since you are new....
