RFA and CAP...

I checked the rules on RFA and CAP constraints and saw no info leading me to believe I have to be under at any certain point in time...This is my first potential situation where I may have to make a move or moves during RFA. What is the timeline for being under the CAP as it pertains to RFA season? I remember Bee's old owner being waaaaayyyy over and maybe not being able to field a full team. Just clear this up and maybe inform Bee also as it seems he has a lot of bids in and they seem a little high to me, but he is working his team as he sees fit...not criticizing, just noticing...I, at least, need clarification for my squad before a penalty hits...

24 hours to get within cap just like all other acquisitions
