Thanks, everyone. I've had a day and a half with her so far. Getting weaker. Tomorrow might be the day. We'll see. Thanks for the thoughts & Prayers. She's ready to be released from her pain.

Update for all...
My mom died under hospice care this past Saturday.
It was a very peaceful passing.
My dad & brother and I were in her room, watching my son, Ezra, play his college soccer game via the internet.
There was lots of cheering, conversation (between us guys), & good vibes going on.
She was sleeping... though we'd keep updating her on the progress of the game.
At halftime, we turned to look at her and she'd stopped breathing.
Very peaceful.

She was in a lot of pain while at the hospital in northern VA...
So glad she could get to Hospice.

I appreciate the thoughts, prayers & well-wishes.

My mom's memorial service will be Saturday at 2pm here in Shepherdstown, WV.
Though I won't be "officiating" the service, my dad asked me to give the eulogy.
I'm also putting together the slideshow of pictures from her life.
My wife, Jody, arrives in WV today from Hawaii.
Thanks again for everyone's thoughts & prayers.
