Although a bit undersized, he has quickness, strength and plays bigger than he is.. can you say Steve Smith? Without much in his way on the Bucs roster he could easily find playing time in the slot between the huge WRs on the outside and that sound like a great situation for a late 4th rounder: Welcome to the Pencil Neck Geeks!
