![]() Some call him a quitter. I disagree. Call it philosophical differences with a coach who'd been known to have 'issues' with players before. This very young WR has all the tools to be a #2 NFL WR in Chicago. It may take him a while to grow into that role, but I'm fine with waiting to see him produce. Mark my words, this 7th round selection by the Bears will be playing on Sundays for a long, long time. Glad to make him an Opihi! Last edited by Royal Hawaiian Opihi; May 21st, 2013 at 03:09 PM. |

No. Marshall is the #1 WR in Chicago. He's entrenched, and rightly so. But in a year or two, Wilson will be starting opposite him. Chicago is aching for another WE to step up and be a consistent producer. The Hester WR experiment is over- he's going back to KR/PR duty exclusively this year.

So you think Wilson will gets the nod over Alshon Jeffery? I don't think so. Wilson has a better chance if Da Bears cut him and he lands somewhere else. But hey I'm just saying this because I have Jeffery in SACD and I need to promote him this year to make room for new rookies.

Jeffrey will still be the #2, possibly for the entire year. But Wilson's too good to stay off the field. You can promote Jeffrey, without worry. Then if Wilson progresses as I think he can, sell Jeffrey at a high point!
