I have to give props to Scott. The new guy comes in with under a week to go for the season, makes some key moves (fortunate to have solid QB talent like Ryan and Cutler available), picks a near perfect lineup, overcomes the loss of his stud RB, and pulls off the week 1 win over my Preds by 10.55 points.

Well done, oh hell, very well done! I hope to get back at you week 4.

Thanks Mike....just like most FF cases, there's a good amount of luck involved. My team is still a work in progress and losing FJax has changed the direction a bit but I think I'll be alright. I might need to spread the offense more than a balanced attack.
I can't wait for round 2 in a few weeks.

Injuries hurt us both. You lost Freddie and I lost Garcon on his 80+yard TD catch. He was in for a monster day before the injury. Luck certainly plays such a huge factor in this game, but you did make some shrewd moves with Ryan and Cutler, and even Graham. I couldn't block them all with bids unfortunately!

Anyhow, as I said, I have to give props to you for a well played week 1. Looking forward to a fun challenging division.

Hopefully I'll make amends at home in week 4!
