BDSC aquire Randy McMichael from the Freedom

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers continue to mortage their future trading this year's 3rd round pick (3.09) and next years 2nd round pick to the Philadelphia Freedom for Randy McMichael. With one year left on his original contract the BDSC feel McMichael is a steal this year and has a bright future.

Confirmed. Though we like Mr. McMichael we felt that his playing time would be limited with Shockey on the roster ahead of him.

No... he's a good player... and he must fit well into your plans for this year. I'm just thinking about what Matt paid for him last year, and what he gets in return, that's all.

If McMichael can get past the mid-season wall that he hit last year, he should be a solid producer all season!

I feel that you got the better of the deal......McMichael is a good TE and he was only in his rookie season......I'll trade you my 2nd and 3rd round picks this year for him

I was just giving the Ophi a hard time. I know that I might have given up alot for McMichael but I feel that with 2nd and 3rd round picks they're so hit and miss. I have much more faith in McMichael turning into a solid producer. Plus he'll help my championship push this year. Those picks would take 2 or 3 years before I saw results.

Jersey, I dunno why you would want McMichael, you're set with Heap. Anyway, thanks for the offer but I'm going to pass. I really like McMichael. Hard to believe he wasnt even drafted last year.

:toast: to the upcoming season. Cant wait to get it started. Although with my team being capped and having no rookie picks this year I'll just have to wait until the regular season, or pick up the scraps from FA.
