RFA Opening Date?
Since our Commish is off running around the mainland, I guess I am filling in for now...
The rules state RFA bidding opens April 1st, which is Sunday. Any objections to opening it up Monday, April 2nd at 12:01am? This would coincide with what we are doing in SAC'd
