Confirmed. Like Jones but the chance to move up to the end of round one was worth the different between he and Bryant in my mind.

I just looked at the rules page... and there's absolutely NOTHING in there about the trade schedule. Weird! I couldn't even find when the in-season trading deadline is.
SO... I guess there's nothing to prohibit trading immediately following the end of the championship game. We may want to put into print a more clear statement about this for the future. |

I guess I always assumed the trade freeze was between Wednesday of Week 12 and the end of the season. Seems to me once the season ends, we should be able to trade again - otherwise, when would the logical start of trading begin again? We have always been allowed to trade players with one year left on their contracts before the April 1st rollover date.
