Buccaneers QB Josh Freeman possibly available...

With Vick being eligible to come off of IR next week, I'm looking at ways to manage my active roster. One of the options might be trading QB Freeman. He will not be cut, but he may be traded. If you're interested (and many should be, considering the quality of QBs you guys are bidding on now!), shoot me an offer.

Don't follow you, Burt. He's got a multi year contract at a relatively low price. He's in a slump now, for sure. But I believe he'll come out of it. I just thought there might be some other folks who also believe in his future (especially based on how good of a year he had last year). But I guess I won't be confusing you with one of those guys, Burt! ;)

...just saw your response...was not questioning the quality of the player...just your sales pitch...especially the part about how we are all bidding on crappy players, so we should be jumping at the chance to get Freeman...just classic stuff man...

I'm hoping to like him more in SACD this year. last year I didn't know if the problem was him or Mike Williams. When Buck coaches departed they said Williams and Blunt were partying late at night and falling asleep during meetings. They also said Williams lost a lot of weight figuring it would make him faster; but it made him weaker and he couldn't beat double teams and press coverage. Now VJ will draw the double teams.

Not sure if we'll upset the defending champion Chunks this week, but I think it's the ultimate irony that Mr. Josh Freeman put up a 29.45 fantasy point performance for my Opihi this week against the very owner who called him a "load of BS" (okay, so maybe he wasn't calling Josh that, but it sure sounds better in this rant, doesn't it?). Can the rest of my rag-tag Opihis keep the pressure on the champs? We'll see...

Don't look now, but the OPIHI have won back-to-back fantasy games... this time knocking off the defending champ CHUNKS in a nail-biter finish!

Yes, Congrats Jim. Nicely done...the defending champs are not doing a very good job of defending the title...would have been nice to have a bit more from my QB...oh well...good job!
