2010 Conference USA MVP...
Another tough receiver joins the OPIHI squad... great in the open field & generating YAC. May start on special teams in Big D... but with his work-ethic, should find playing time as a rookie. Once he gets on the field, who knows where it'll take him!

It's funny how the early round picks don't seem to upset people as much as the later round picks do....interesting.....

Ah, it's simply that I only have a 3rd and 4th rounder in the draft and had targeted Scott in the 3rd and Harris in the 4th. I was thinking I'd snag him before Cowboy fan Jim took him at 3.10. I missed the 3.8 he also had!
Of course now I just get to cheer as the Giants make him the leader in JUAK.. Jack Up After Catch! Woot! Go Amukamara! |

Actually... as a Cowboy's fan... I rarely draft Cowboys players in FF.
So it's a bonus when I can make a pick like this. I think he should have been drafted earlier than the 6th round in the NFL... And he could be another "Davone Bess" for me... a guy I picked up in the 4th round (when most of us have to trash our 4th rounders 'cuz they rarely pan out), who earns starting time in the NFL early, and becomes a legit FF starter! |
