He's listed as "Questionable" on the current MFL website.

It's come to my attention that Witten was "PROBABLE" on last week's injury report... and even though he sustained a different injury during week 3, and is currently listed as QUESTIONABLE on the MFL site... because the rules specifically state that we use the NFL injury report (and the Cowboys are on a bye this week, so they don't have an injury report posted)... this may not be a valid placement.
I've asked Burt for his opinion. I'm going to be out most of the day. If it turns out that this is NOT a legal move, then I will release Witten. Don't want to be hit with cap penalties, just in case. |

Burt agrees we have to go with what the rules state... so as we don't have a full-league-wide vote on the new poll (about MFL site being appropriate), looks like I'm going to have to cut him.
