Yah, yah.
I know there's a 2nd round WR still out there on drafted by an NFL team that needs WR, but my boy Lavelle Hawkins is the goods. While Desean Jackson got all the glory, Hawks got all the tough yards and in their last year Hawks was the primary target of the offense. He's tough, he's quick enough, runs nice routes, and has very good hands. I know he has VY throwing to him, but no one in TEN has distingushed themselves. The good and bad thing is I don't feel there is much of a drop off in talent from my 1.12 selection Jerome Simpson and Lavell Hawkins. again with WR prices going through the roof having 4 to take chances on is nice. Simpson, Nelson, manningham, and Hawkwins!!! Replacement for Moss, Steve Smith, and Kevin Curtis in a couple of years?

Hawkins will get his chances in Tennessee..But I don't think he'll play much at all this year.

Not a bad pick for the 4th round, I kept watching Hawkins drop, but MAN that is just not a good situation in Tennessee for a WR to productive...

My last pick came down to Hawkins and Caldwell. I think Hawkins is the better player but I went with Caldwell because of the team he landed on. I'm surprised both of them stayed on the board as long as they did. Nice pick!

They were practically dead even, but I like Hawkins chance to emerge this year as a starter and potentially a 1,000 yard WR and he's a local guy! Again very happy he fell to me. So far this draft has worked out just how I wanted with me getting each of the players I targeted with the last 3 picks.
