Here we go fellas!
I seriously had a hard time deciding between Stewart and Mendenhall. I actually like both positions for the long term (probably Mendenhall better in 3 years) I really like Stewart's team now. With Steve Smith, Hackett, and a healthy Delhomme, along with a massively bolstered line, Stewart will push DeAngelo to the sidelines. DeAngelo couldn't even take the job from the aging Foster last year and only showed signs of brightness in the last 2-3 weeks. I feel with a decent RB 3 option now, my team could be a force this year. To help decide, I threw the names of Mendenhall and Stewart into a hat and had my daughter Salomae and wife Mandy both pick out of the hat. Stewart was selected both times. So not only did I get a good RB, but my wife now has ties to my team and feels involved in the process She kept asking, "So, did you draft Stewart yet?" I LOVE IT!Welcome to the Amish, Stewart!!! Seems to be the consensus #2 in most circles. Should be a solid pick.

Jon Stewart, I'd like you to meet DeShaun Foster and DeAngelo Williams, our past RB busts.
NEXT. ;)

Could it be that "Carolina is the place promising RBs go to die"?

I totally forgot about Shelton!I think Chicago can give Carolina a run for their money when it comes to drafting RB busts.

Definitely think this was the pick - certainly the guy I would have picked if I could have moved up to the 1.2. Carolina loves to run the ball, they moved up to take a premier tackle, and Stewart should have no problem getting a shot at the starting gig this year.
Nice choice!
