Release Kerry Rhodes- DB

I think I need to cut Rhodes (he was going to be a UFA anyway) to clear cap space to activiate Aaron Rodgers. It looks like there is a $73 cap hit (though with the soft cap it should be $37) and his salary is $363. This should clear $326 plus the $174 which will be enough to cover his $418 salary.

If for some reason I am misunderstanding than please don't cut Rhodes and just let him become an RFA.

This cut is not necessary, since Rogers will go active April 1.

Thanks, Burt. Just to confirm, by going active on April 1, I now have the needed cap room to add him without having to make any cuts? This may be something we want to clarify in the rules since it is a little confusing (at least for me) as to the sequence of events.

Right, since we auto-move all 4 year PS players to Active on April 1st, that is when their salary applied to the cap.

And I am still waiting for a volunteer to update the Rules.
