Soft Cap

For all those cuts made after Hard Cap period ended, I still need to go back in and adjust for the Soft Cap....so you are still in charge of your own team, but a heads up that for some, the website is going to be off until I have time to go back in and make adjustments....

OK, I've done all adjustments and processed all signings/trades/renegs to date. Please check your roster on MFL and verify that it looks correct.....
