Unfortunately, you do NOT have the cap space to accomadate Mr. Northcut. You are 61 cb's SHORT.
The roster app may not be updated daily, but it IS available for download to all and can be manioukated with ease to know where you stand against the cap. The app was last updated 12 days ago, not a real long time. I'll give you 24 hours to make a cut to make room for Denis or you'll be assessed a cap penalty and lose Northcutt.

You only had 3 years available (you were penalized 5 earlier in the year when you were under the legal roster size), so I gave Northcutt a 3 year deal... is this acceptable?
