Brett PM'd me yesterday asking to declare 1 year.

Unfortunately, this puts him 1 year over the contract years cap of 38 (I believe), and he didn't give me instructions to get under.

He told me he was going to be away a day... hopefully he's back by 5:12pm, if not, Roster Penalties will apply.

Well, unfortunately for Brett, Roster Penalties apply here for exceeding the contract years cap. Brown becomes a UFA again and Brett is banned from bidding on him for 30 days.

Ya... Definately my fault.. I was in a hurry taking care of 3 leagues in a short amount of time yesterday, was going to be gone for 24hrs w/short notice. I needed to drop Burleson in 2 leagues and forgot to drop him in this one.
