Preds and Clowns in violation

According to my records, we have the following violations:

1) Preds is one year over Contract Limit of 65 years

2) Dos Clowns is one IOP over the 18 player limit

Both teams have 24 hours to rectify the problem.

No I'm not. It may be counting the years from DB Daniel Bullocks, who Jim placed on IR via proxy for me. Bullocks is on the TS however, not the active roster, thus his years count againt the TS contract years not the actives.

OK, just reread the rule, and I thought only Active players could be placed on the IR. but I guess you can put DS players there too.

Yup, otherwise I never would have IR'd him. I remember discussion on this a year or 2 ago (I wasn't involved for a change! )and it was deemed legal.
