- All Teams must meet legal roster limits

When can we start dealing with newly acquired/secured RFA's, in terms of trading, dropping, etc.?

You can drop them at any time (20% cap hit of course), but trading doesn't kick-in until the In-Season Free Agency period start, which this year occurs on Wednesday August 29 at 12am.
