Smilie Code Changes

I've changed the smilie coding for virtually every smilie

98% of them are now lowercase and start and end with a :.

For example :smilie:

3 acronyms are left that all UPPERCASE and don't require :'s they are:
L O L (no spaces or :'s) for
S T F U (no spaces or :'s) for
and
W T F (no spaces or :'s) for

The only others with caps are
: D (no space) for
and
: P (no space) for

other changes include:
ROFLMAO changing to : lmao : (no spaces) for

Again, virtually every other smilie is all lowercase with a beginning and ending :
