Damn, I know he's getting up their in age and all, and Vick is a big concern, but damn, Horn's the 1st legit WR the Falcons have had in years.
Very happy to get him this cheap.

If Vick doesn't play this year, he's a serious bargain. However, I just don't think an Atlanta WR has much upside with Vick. He's got his security blanket in Crumpler, and I just don't think he's going to put up consistent passing yards at any point in his career. Horn's probably good for a couple of big games a year, and hopefully they are when you need to play him.

![]() I watched Peerless Price go to ATL to die (and my FF team paid the price for it that year, too). Crumpler's the guy to have in ATL and beyond that, the WRs best be backups on your fantasy squad or you'll be hurting. Actually, I figured Horn, Galloway, Porter, and Hackett were the cream of the UFA crop (not counting Walker) and that they'd all go for around $300-$500. So far, that seems to be about the case. I was actually regretting the 400 cb bid I made on him. Thanks for bumping him. Might be a great UFA steal... then again...

You're putting a great spin on it, too. My hat's off to you. A lesser man would be bitter!
