Please keep in mind, in order to extend a guys contract, you MUST be able to fit both their years, and their salary under your 2006 caps.
You cannot look at upcoming expiring contracts and think you have years or cap space, since none of them expire until the hard cap kicks in, which is when 2 year deals will become 1 year deals at which point the only option to renegotiate will be by a recieving team in a trade.
