I'll take a shot at Chunks scraps and put in a waiver claim for this guy. I haven't seen the waiver wire order but I should be near the top.

No he would become a UFA and not be available to be bid on again until that time..I do believe he is up for Claiming though...

Have we ever had a precedent like this?
If not, I think it is okay to use a waiver claim on Steve Smith. Technically, he became part of the Chunks and was then cut, so should be no different than any other player. |

I think the Chunks get a rebate on the cut penalty. My understanding is Chunks only get a 10% penalty instead of 20%.

Dale already adjusted penalty on 2011 MFL..I am good to roll now...hopefully with better luck this year than last...going with multiple studs at WR rather than at RB this year...
