Actually before I declare anything I have a few questions:
à Nevermind I'll try to answer my own questions and you all can flame me later if I get it wrong..

1. Just to confirm, the final deadline is tomorrow (Tuesday) at Midnight EST?
à Yes 11:59 PM

2. When declaring salary of my Franchise Player I can declare up to 5 Years?
à Apparently not

3. Only drafted Rookies may be put on the Taxi Squad? And if so, is there a 'backdoor' to put a UFA won by bid to the TS?
à Taxi Squad for players with 0-3 years of NFL experience… Only players drafted in the SAC'D rookie draft are eligible to be newly added to the Taxi Squad.

4. When moving TS player to the Active Roster their current Years / Salary moves also or can they be re-declared?
à Taxi Squad cb and contract year caps will not count against a team's regular cap unless a player is activated to the active roster.

Well, any player with 2 or more years left on their contract can be renegotiated, with the proper increase in salary. You can't just re-declare their years though, no.
