![]() speed kills... ![]() I had a couple offers (Burt's was VERY good) but didnt want to risk losing the guy #1 on my short list at WR, and youth at WR is a need position for me. He's somewhat of a reach (lord knows the Dolphins certainly reached to take him so high), but the guy has skills and speed to burn... plus he's from THE Ohio State University... right ![]() ;)

Fastest man on the planet. I just worry about that foot. Supposedly sprained on 1/8/07.
Still in a boot. It's odd. I love Teddy, and hope he tears it up as a slot WR, I just don't think that a "sprain" should take 5 months to heal. FYI this happened after returning the opening kickoff in the 2007 National Championship game for a TD.

Yup the injury is a concern, but the upside is huge... worth stashing on the TS a couple years to see what develops.

Definitely worth this late a pick, but I'd be more worried about his suspect hands/concentration and non-existant route running ability than that foot.

was still on the clock. It was a big piece of evidence that move him to the top of my list. Pretty impressive stuff.

Just make sure you let me in on it too. It's not like I'll be able to retire on a teacher's salary, especially having started ten years later than everyone else.

His route running and hands are a legitimate concern... but if he can develop in those areas, he could become an elite player. He's a true gamebreaker. I debated Steve Smith vs Ginn... they're like polar opposites . Both from elite programs, but where Smith runs great routes, and has decent hands, he has suspect speed, lack of breakability, and some concerns going over the middle. Ginn is a gamebreaker, with lazy routes and suspect hands, but his moves are unreal. He can turn a game in a heartbeat.I went boom/bust for the player with the biggest potential to be elite... but the concerns are legit.

Added a couple pics of speed-demon Ginn to the initial post. Lets hope he recovers from that sprain!
