Default Online Forum Game - Werewolf - Anyone Interested

Anyone interested in playing a game of "Warewolf"?

Here is the basic concept:

Lets say we have 10 people interested.

1 person is the "mod" who runs the game
2 people would be "wolves"
Every one else is a member of the "Village"

The goal of the game is for the villagers to kill all the wolves before the wolves outnumber the villagers. To start the game no one knows (except the mod) who anyone else is.

How to play:

There are two turns to each day.

During the "Day" phase the everyone votes on who to "lynch". A simple majority wins. Once someone is lynched they are dead and you find out if they were a villager or a wolf.

During the "night" phase the wolves choose one villager to kill. (They send a PM to the mod).

Basically it is a race. The village needs to find the wolves and kill them before the wolves kill them all.

Would anyone be interested in playing this online here?

Heck, I check in here often enough. Why not. It took over fbg's for months a while back, though I never tried it there.

I have played a few games and it is a lot of fun. I played on another message board with preds but they are very cliqish and neither of us are in the "in" croud so we pretty much get ignored or killed early every game.

No. But here is the response I got to a question (note that "Green Room" is where people who are not playing can go and post comments about the game. This area cant be seen by players. I was going to sit out a game and watch from the green room.

Everyone who has asked for Green Room access should have it. If you don't, then that means we don't want you seeing the Green Room any more, and certainly not for this game. Please don't take it personal. Not everyone can not suck.

I think it was just SB being an ass Noah, but it is kinda BS. If they're serious I'm done there.

Don't worry guys, we don't mind that you're not one of the cool kids. You can sit with us at recess.

I have GOT to stop watching the Breakfast Club. Mind you it doesn't sound like these guys made it to a high school level of maturity.

I guess I'll play. I've been an outcast my whole life, so a game of them would be cool. Slaying of villagers is always a great way to kill time.

So when we playing, or do we need more folks to be villagers and "those we do not speak of"?

well, right now we only have 5 players + the mod.

i guess we can play a small game. i had hoped to get about 9 players + the mod.

if we don't get more by monday, i will go ahead and start a small game with the players we ahve. it is still fun, just the games will be pretty short.

I actually enjoyed the game at xperts I played quite a bit. Not a huge fan of the interface, but the players were fun and the mod (Steeler) was excellent.

I'll play there again when I get back from my cruise, it was like :sj: lite. Skip, you'd like the gang over there.
