Cardinals 2.02 TE Leonard Pope, Cardinals

A major need for the Gunslingers I almost traded up to grab Lewis. Looking at everyone rosters I was thinking he might slip one more spot...

However, from the start of the draft Pope was the guy I had targeted with this pick.

I know some folks have soured on him, but I think he has chance to be a real solid TE#1 in FF because:

1. he is huge,
2. fairly quick
3. he played a Georgia (which seems to be to TE's what PSU used to be to LB's) and
4. he is likely going to have a young & talented QB throwing his way in the next year or so

Here's to hoping!!

Yeah, but he is still in school right? Anyhow, I think Dan Connor is going to be another big hitter for PSU and the NFL.
