Wow, I didn't think Trent would fall to me with a 1200 bid, when Vick went for 1290, and Bulger, Collins, and Favre all went for 300cb+ more. Heck, he was only 50 cb more than Carson Palmer. Sure CP looks like he has some upside, but Trent has 3 straight years in the top ten, and the last two in the top 5.

You going soft, or worried about ending up with 3 QBs? 1200 actually was my limit (due to budget contraints), so unless someone else bumped him you would have be stuck.

Maybe a little of both lol, seriously, I felt driving him up another 50 or 100 wasn't worth the hassle.

had i not gotten bulger, i would've gone after the IU alum. nice cheap pickup....still not as nice as tiki at 2600 though, but a close 2nd with c-mart, imo

I think Horn at 1510 is another solid value pickup. Tiki at 2600 is greeat in this market, as is CMart at 2450.

I like the value of Tiki and C-Mart, but for me Green is the best bargain so far of the draft.

Seeing the price that RB's are going for, for me so far, I'd give the nod to Rami with his steal of Julius Jones at 2650. I'd rather have the young stud at that price than the old studs in Tiki and CMart.

Thanks, Burt. However, I was VERY tempted to bid on Green. I agree. Top 5 player for 1200. Prices just getting too high. I should have bid on him...oh well.

Yes, Green ended up being a very nice price for sure. I agree, looking at rosters this morning, I was wondering how everyone is going to fill out their rosters with the little amount they have left. And I am in that camp for sure with LT at 5500. Things begin to get interesting from here on out. It's gunna be fun!
