Guys I don't know how things are in your states, but here in NY, even on the western side of the state (6 hours from the epicenter) things are BAD. FF is honestly the furthest thing from my mind as I deal with trying to keep 2 businesses afloat, deal with an 80% reduction in business at the medical practice, and 100% reduction at my travel agency, a 75% workforce reduction at the medical practice (laying people off SUCKS), and 70+ hour workweeks trying to save the medical practice from insolvency, all the while hoping not to catch this deadly virus.
I hope your towns and cities don't get hit as bad as we have, but truthfully expect everyone to get hit as bad eventually without strict measures such as strong stay at home orders, and strong limits on essential businesses and activities. I beg you all to stay home and limit interactions with others outside your household to the absolute minimum. Social interactions with others need to be limited as much as possible. No visiting with family and friends, No team sports. No Basketball, no Tennis, no Football, nada. All in-person congregations that are outside your household need to be kept to a minimum with as many protective measures taken as possible on the rare instances when you do have in-person interactions. Not even in-person church services are essential during this crisis. This virus is not to be dismissed, it's not a joke. It's very real and nobody is immune to it. Please, take it seriously. Honestly, if you're not scared, you should be. I speak with several doctors of varying specialties each week on Zoom group calls, and they're terrified, what you've seen on the news isn't the half of it. In light of everything going on, I just can't even consider deadlines and roster management for FF in either league at this time. So many more important things to focus on. I honestly think both leagues should take a pause for a couple months, until things hopefully return to normal.

I have no problem pushing dates back a month, and see what happens. Reassess the situation mid May, and see if another month is needed.

I've never been busier as a pastor. Trying to keep my church going 'virtually' and make sure that folks in my congregation have the food and essentials they need, as well as keep in touch with folks so they don't become too isolated. A month back is fine with me.

Cool. I'll push back the calendar for a month now... then we'll see what it looks like when we get to May.
Mike... may you have wisdom, courage, and insight as you help your company (and your employees) move forward amidst this chaos and devastation. |

This is great! Apologies for the late check in. I've been so busy, and it sounds like many of you have been too, that my last thought has been FF.
I'm going to try to get the 2019 app updated and reconciled with MFL by the end of this month so when things start to show a sign of normalcy we are ready to go. Be safe everyone! |

Just realized it's been a month since we checked in on the COVID-19 delay (thanks, Burt!). Wondering where folks are with their life/work/health and thoughts about gearing up or delaying the Frenzy season a bit more?

Cards moved base of operations from AZ to CO last week and all went well...in an apartment waiting for the 1st shovel in the ground next week for our new summer digs...have a quite spread out family and all are safe and well...Illinois people are afraid of their leaders, but will fix that next cycle, GA folks are happy for the relax, AZ was never bad minus tp shortage, CO I’m not sure on yet...

THE FRENZY SEASON IS BACK ON!
We'll stick with the schedule that you can find here. Which means... first item up: Monday, 5/18 RFA declarations are due. You have 7 days, folks! |
