Bobby, Nate Freese was not designated. If you meant to not assign him, you need to say so. Otherwise, will have to dole out penalties. I have to review previously what we did before, but thinking it was loss of your last draft pick.

My intent was to assign him 2 years active roster. if i have to loose a draft pick I'd prefer it be him, Freese.

Since you did state he would go to AR, I don't have a problem leaving him there, defaulting to 1 year, since you did not state that part of your intent.

I'm showing that there is not room for Zurlon Tipton on the PS. PS consists of Fendi Onobun, Kealoha Pilares, Toney Clemons, Benny Cunningham, Jamie Collins, and Stephen Houston (since he was a higher pick that Tipton).

I looked for cuts of any of the other PS players and didn't see any, but I easily could have overlooked something.

Forgot about those guys since they dropped off MFL. I hate to lose Tipton but if thats the penalty then so be it. I'll be cutting some of those guys but i understand that its to late to save Tipton.

If I have a choice of who to loose as punishment I'd rather loose Stephen Houston.

I'll have to review to see what we have done in the past, but pretty sure its loss of last pick. But I looked in Rules section, and we polled twice for that rule change, but neither time did it get enough votes.

I do not have an issue with allowing the offending team to choose which of their picks gets released, but it needs to be a current rookie pick, since those are what caused the violation...

Thoughts? Anyone want to research for precedence? I have no time right now...and no time tonight...will be watch the Hawks beat the Packers!!

Based on discussions in Rules section, Tipton will be released, on Bobby's PS, and also it looks like from Indy.
