OPIHI & ACINT deal...(REVERSED - not enough cap room) - PENALTIES TO OPIHI
The Opihi send WR Rod Streater (3/110) to inter-divisional rivals, ACINT... for the option to exchange 3rd round picks in 2014 (ACINTs highest pick). If the Opihi have a higher 3rd round pick, then ACINT gives up their 4th.

from messages I have received, he has just gotten back from sea and is now in Canada with limited access, I say we give the rookie a few days to adjust this, up to comish on how long.

He has a co-manager though.
IMO this trade needs to be voided and redone, and like with Shep, ACINT needs to get roster penalties for exceeding the cap.

Yah, I didn't look at their roster before the trade.
I'll take the penalties for this one. I was the one behind the trade to the newbies. Let's invalidate the trade and I'll release Streater straight up. 20% cap hit on the 105... Plus the regular cap hit for releasing him. |

Penalty 20% = 22cbs. Total: 67cbs. |
