Unless I've missed something, I believe Burt is over the roster limit with the acquisition of Heath Miller at 19 players and hasn't made a move to get under within 24 hours of winning Miller at 8:36am ET on Saturday.

Can someone confirm, because if that's the case Miller becomes a UFA again.

I was up north in Canada Friday/Saturday with limited internet access or I would have bid one more time and he wouldn't have sold.
