Allow renegotiation for Traded players

Poll to allow Teams to renegotiate a players contract, only when said traded is traded to another team - an only when said player has one year left on his contract.

Frenzy is not SACD. I know reneg's are fun in SACD but they severely limit the UFA pool and instituting them in Frenzy would throw things way out of balance IMO.

Don't forget SACD started with renegs day 1, not a decade into things.

How would only allowing renegs on traded 1 year players throw things WAY out of balance? I am not asking for SAC'd free for all renegs...
