2013 Rookie Draft Discussion

Sitting at 1.03, I'm most likely going to wait at least a full week or more, as I want to see how the first set of rookie mini camps go. Just FYI...

Would also be open to dropping down a few places and picking up a few more picks or swapping picks to move up in later rounds.

But most of the minicamps are just getting started today.
Heck, I don't want to have an early pick in the Frenzy draft ever again, if it's tied to performance (rather than trading)... so I'm trying not to screw this one up! lol

Pick 1.03 has been (finally) made. The draft doesn't officially start until Monday, May 20th. But should those who are on the clock between now and then choose to make a pick, the draft can proceed early.

Just a headsup, I have an idea who I want at my 1.07, but a few players are also available that I wasn't expecting, thus I need to research things a bit. Pretty busy the next few days so my pick may not come in until the weekend.

Mike is in no hurry to make the pick. Too busy to research players and haven't been able to get the two 2nds (2013 and 2014) I'd want to slide down, thus when I get time this weekend I'll read up on my short list for 1.10 and make a pick Monday at some point.

Mike LOVES the attention he gets from stalling on each and every pick, spewing some diatribe about how he has no time to go over his short list of players....too busy planning his next cruise I guess....then he will make the pick, and it will be the best pick since his last pick....and how could we let his guy fall to him so late in the draft.....

Don't think there will be many trades at this point in he draft. Too many players evenly ranked. The next 8-10 players could be picked in any order. Why trade when there's a GREAT chance you'll still be able to get someone good when it's your regular pick's time?
