Opihi moves back into the 4th round...

The OPIHI and FREEDOM have swapped picks in the 2013 rookie draft.

In what is solely an effort to move back into the 4th round to get a PS-eligible player, the OPIHI send their 3rd round comp pick (3.15) to the FREEDOM for their first 4th round selection (4.04).

Freedom to confirm.
