Man...36 Chambers just got Chris Johnson and Fitz...nice corps of WR and RB's..very impressive...
But Patrick....Just wondering with only 1200cb left, you are going to do for a QB? ! Classic!

The TE market seems to be pretty terrible...who knew.

Ah, just catching up with the peanut gallery.
I'm all good. I have a plan before I even place a bid. With the fire power at RB and WR, I can play it safe at QB with Schaub. And who needs the always Nicked up Hakeem anyway? Oh...I guess the Chunks do. |

Was worth taking a chance...would have rather bid on him in FA, but Mashers forced my hand...but I like the depth he gives me. With pick 1.1 most likely another starting RB to add to roster, I think I should improve immensely from last years last place finish. We shall see...

RFA bidding is supposed to close on April 30th. I know we started a week late, but things seem to be moving pretty well.
Anyone have a problem keeping this date, or do we need to extend the end date a week? It won't affect Rookie Draft start date, which is scheduled to begin Monday, May 13th at 12:01am EST

That's fine. We're getting down to the last few RFA's that haven't been bid on, so everyone should have plenty of time to get bidding started on any remaining RFA's they're interested in.

Maybe...I may still have some action on a player or two that doesn't get started until around the 29th/30th though

Possibly...I was a week behind to start with (1st week) since I work down at the Masters every year. I knew that going in though, but in the past I've survived because we've usually started RFA the week before the Masters. However, it did cost me on bidding on early players who sold quickly like R.Rice and MJD (not saying the outcomes would have been different though). All-in-all, I've only really been active in RFA since April 16.

But if you do look, it should be pretty obvious what my plan is. I may even be done as soon as tonight. There is probably a 98% chance that I will be done (or at least have players in bidding) by the 30th though.

And it all comes down to whether the Clowns match or decline Witten at 1775cbs...

It's been 48 hours, so I'll post here and in the thread that yes, I'll match. Good luck with the rest of the RFA strategy.

There is 1 more TE to bid on and the owner has a lot of cap space.

Hard to believe Shep let a TE get away from him!! He had enough cap space to put him out of Clowns reach.

I won't need any more time. Just waiting for last two TEs on the board to sell.

OK, since no one objected, RFA Bidding is closed....every player who has not been bid on will be placed on the owning team at RFA level
Rookie Draft clock will start up May 13th at 12:01am EST - picks may be made before then, and most likely will be, but official clock won't begin until that time... Good luck everyone
