There are some SIZABLE increases this year... which is great, because it means the rookie bonuses are accomplishing what they were intended to... and that's to give high-performing players a salary that's more equitable with the market.
Those who saw the biggest increase... 4 bonafide studs: RB Doug Martin WR Dez Bryant WR AJ Green WR Demaryius Thomas Those who saw the biggest percentage increase: WR Eric Decker +164% salary WR Demaryius Thomas +113% salary RB Doug Martin +89% salary WR Dez Bryant +86% salary Here's the bonus increases by team: Scorpions +975 Freedom +950 Derby Car +715 Bad Dogs +600 Preds +435 ACINT +400 Chunks +350 Opihi +319 Llamas +310 Greatshepski +113 Swords +113 Burners - no change |

FYI... rookie bonuses are calculated based on how players finish in the fantasy standings of the prior season. Their position in the rankings AND THE ROUND THEY WERE ORIGINALLY DRAFTED IN both factor into the size of their bonus. That is added to the new year's +10% salary. Any questions?

WR Mike Wallace (Preds) maxed out last year so no rookie bonus should apply this year.
