I know I can find the answer in the rules somewhere, but can someone tell me quick. I thought the contract yrs for DS is ony 8 yrs?

In 2004, the Development Squad will increase to its final size of 5 players, 14 contract years, and 3500cb's. Development squad cyberbuck and contract year caps will not count against a teams regular cap unless a player is activated to the active roster.
