Personally, after a long season of kicking my divional foes down like a bag of dirt (or being kicked down, whichever is appropriate), I'd prefer a little Kum-Ba-Ya like get together at the end of the season to join forces and beat down on the other divisions. OK< enough sarcasm, I hear ya on the luv factor, but I really don't care for the representatives from each team idea, especially 2 reps, but hey, thats me. I still like the overall concept of a Pro Bowl, and if the league wants to be all buddy buddy at the end of the year then so be it!
My compromise proposal would be for each team to submit a list of up to 8 players as Pro Bowl Canidates, and the Division Champion can pick among them say a roster of 16 (2QB, 3RB, 5WR, 2TE, 1K, 1D and 2 wildcards) for the Division runner up to choose his lineup from. No team could have more than 8 Pro Bowlers, but each team would be awarded at least 1 (whther or not they start is up to the div runner up).
